Jory Weitz is the owner of the company, It's Who You Know, which he started  in 2023 when he discovered that his Hollywood connections as  a producer, casting director, and outreach talent consultant for over 25 years, could be invaluable to companies looking for talent to elevate their brand and actualize their goals.

 Jory is a consultant for the startup, Audio Futures, Inc., where he secures celebrities and potential investors and partnerships from the world of music, AR/VR,   videogames ,  metaverse....and beyond.  He also conducts outreach to VCs and angel investors for Photonic HPC, Inc., made in collaboration with the U.S. Federal Government in the semiconductor sector.  (Audio Futures and Photonic HPC, Inc.  are both subsidiaries of Virtual Sonics).

Jory was the Outreach Consultant for the the first Black owned cereal company, Legacy Cereal,  where he  connected the company owner to Black  entertainment industry talent and  potential investors. He was also the Director of Industry Relations for the Hollywood tech startup, ScriptHop, where he was the conduit between the company and  Hollywood industry powerbrokers.

Jory Weitz has produced and cast a number of successful feature and independent films including  Napoleon Dynamite, the film that has become one of the most successful independent films in history: grossing over $45 million in the domestic box office and $100 million in home video and television revenue to date. 

Jory Weitz  joined the on-line comedy channel, JASH, as their in-house casting director. The company was created by Jimmy Kimmel's producing partner, Daniel Kellison and the JASH team is Sarah Silverman, Michael Cera, duo Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim, and rap-comic Reggie Watts. Weitz has cast the comedy content created by all the top flight industry professionals working with Jash. "Gregory Goes Boom", a short film that Weitz cast starring Michael Cera won the Short Film Jury Award at the Sundance Film Festival in 2014.
